Hello and welcome!

I'm the CTO at GovTech Edu and a two-time Vice President of Engineering for multiple unicorn tech companies.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead teams ranging from 200 to 600 engineers, working tirelessly to build and deliver impactful tech to millions of users across Indonesia. My passion for building high-performing teams is my unwavering belief in the transformative power of technology to solve complex problems at scale and improve the quality of life for all.

My journey in tech led me to pursue a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I dropped out halfway through, but having one of my feet firmly in academia enriched my understanding of the field and shaped my leadership style.

Outside the boardroom, I'm an ardent Star Trek fan who loves its steadfast optimism of the future and what humanity can do as we evolve beyond our base nature.

As a disclaimer, all writings here are my opinions written over my career and preserved here for posterity's sake. They will range from serious tech talks to light-hearted jests. I'm excited to share my insights, experiences, and the occasional joke with you all through this blog.
